The Caldaro Winery is a traditional winegrowers' cooperative, whose history dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. In 2016 the Erste+Neue Winery and the Caldaro Winery merged to form the current Caldaro Winery (Kellerei Kaltern, in German). Next to it there's its new wine house and the modern winecenter, an ideal location for wine tastings and various events.
