While farmers' markets were once places for trading livestock, today you will mainly find the region's culinary treasures. Depending on the season, the stalls are fragrant with fresh fruit and vegetables, aromatic herbs and homemade bread. You can take home free-range eggs, speck, fresh meat, savoury cheese, various types of honey, homemade spreads, as well as wine and fruit juices directly from the producers.
