Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
If a reservation is cancelled up to 90 days before the date of arrival, we will refund the deposit in full.
If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the full amount of the booking will be charged unless new tenants can be found.
In case of late arrivals or early departures, the full amount for the boked stay will be charged.
