Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
Important booking and cancelation information:
It can always happen that you have to cancel your vacation on short notice. We recommend you to make a cancelation insurance.You
can cancel your vacation without any additional charges, if you inform
us per e-mail or phone call more than 21 days before the agreed arrival
date.
If you let us know about your cancelation 21 to 7 days before the agreed arrival date the costs will be 30% of the total amount, 7 days till arrival, no-show, or early departure the cancellation costs will be 100%.
We offer flexible travel cancellation conditions in connection to corona. In case of lockdown or border closure the cancellation will be without costs till the arrival date. We charge a handling due of 45,00 euros.
