Our wine and fruit farm in Sant’Antonio near Caldaro is located in a very quiet position in the heart of the fruit orchards and vineyards, close to the forest and the Mendola Funicular (2-minute walk).
Our three 60 sq m large and lovingly decorated holiday apartments offer a stunning view which stretches to the Dolomites. Relax and enjoy on our lawn for sunbathing. Bus and lake bus service available. We are looking forward to welcome you!

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
You may cancel free of charge up to 5 months before arrival.
- From 5 months to 4 weeks before the agreed arrival date, we will retain the deposit.
- From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 80% of the booking price. We will, of course, make every effort to re-rent the apartment. If we are successful, you will only be charged the deposit.
- From 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price. Here, too, if we manage to re-rent the apartment at such short notice, you will only be charged the deposit.
In the event of a guest’s failure to arrive (“no-show”), late arrival, or early departure, the entire booking period will be charged.
