Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
- If you cancel up to 90 days before the start of your holiday, the deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel between 90 and 30 days before the start of your holiday, the deposit will be retained.
- In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the full amount will be charged. Naturally, we will endeavour to re-let the apartment to a third party, in which case only the deposit will be retained.
- In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged.
