Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
- If you cancel up to 90 days before the start of your holiday, the deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel between 90 and 30 days before the start of your holiday, the deposit will be retained.
- For cancellations less than 30 days before the start of your holiday, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged. Of course, attempts will be made to re-let the flat so that you are only required to pay the deposit.
It is recommended that you take out travel cancellation insurance, e.g. European Travel Cancellation Insurance
