The family-run, completely renovated Residence Pernhof is quietly located, away from the noise of the street with a beautiful garden, only a 2-minute walk from the centre of Termeno.

The bright and spacious rooms and holiday flats are equipped with wooden floors and marble bathrooms and have beautiful balconies with panoramic views, real feel-good atmosphere is guaranteed.

The house has a good restaurant with pizzeria, where you will be spoiled with local and Italian cuisine and the good wines from the area. You sit in the Mediterranean garden with a beautiful view over the South Tyrolean Bassa Atesina region.

For beautiful bike tours, mountain bikes and e-bikes are available for a fee. The price also includes the daily entrance to the Termeno Adventure Outdoor Swimming Pool (bathing season from mid-May to mid-September) and to the "Lido" at Lake Caldaro. You can park your private bicycles in the lockable bicycle cellar.

Included in the price: WINEPASS PLUS, free WI-FI, air condition, car park in the hotel garage and free entry in the very nice public swimming pool of Tramin.
We also offer mountain bike and E-Bike rental service (payable), Sauna and infrared Sauna.

The prices of the apartments are per day for the entire apartment and include towels and bed-linen and, for stays of at least one week, also the final cleaning of the apartment is included.
