In a sunny location, surrounded by vineyards, only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Caldaro and a 5-minute drive from the famous Lake Caldaro.
Haus Gregori is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours (bicycles are available free of charge).
You can reach Lake Caldaro or Castelvecchio for free with the lake bus: the bus stop is directly in front of our house.
Choose your favourite spot between 10 spacious and luxuriously furnished flats.
The family-friendly accommodation offers a small children’s playground with sand pit and swing, as well as the possibility to play table tennis. Also a place for barbecuing is available.

The price includes: Fenced off parking lot, use of the swimming pool with private sunbathing lawn, deck chairs and sunshades, table tennis, bicycle rental and on request cot (for children up to 2-3 years) and bed linen.
All apartments also bookable with breakfast or NEW: breakfast basket directly to the apartment
Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. A service fee of €20 will be charged for the refund of the deposit.
After that, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price including the deposit.
If you do not take up the booked apartment for the agreed period without cancelling, or if you leave early or arrive late, the agreed total price will be charged.
It is not uncommon for things to turn out differently than expected, and the booked holiday has to be cancelled or cut short, which is why we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
We will be happy to assist you with this and, if you wish, take out insurance for you.
