Our wine and fruit farm in Sant’Antonio near Caldaro is located in a very quiet position in the heart of the fruit orchards and vineyards, close to the forest and the Mendola Funicular (2-minute walk).
Our three 60 sq m large and lovingly decorated holiday apartments offer a stunning view which stretches to the Dolomites. Relax and enjoy on our lawn for sunbathing. Bus and lake bus service available. We are looking forward to welcome you!

Coronavirus precautionary measures

At the farm we are taking all the precautionary measures to ensure you will have a relaxing stay with us. Your safety is of utmost importance to us. This is why you can feel at home with us also in the future: The apartments will be thoroughly aires, cleaned and disinfected after every guest change. Floors, furniture, cutlery, crockery and glassware as well as all surfaces of the entire accomodation will be disinfected in advance of each arrival. The same applies to all public rooms at the farm. Due to the small structure of our farm with only 3 apartments, the number of guests is limited. In addition, you can find places of retreat on the farm, where you can enjoy peace, quiet and freedom in the midst of nature. Only our sauna is closed in this entire season.

We can hardly wait to welcome you personally at our farm - even if with the necessary distance. For the safety of everyone, it is important for all of us to adher to the new regulations. This also includes covering mouth and nose when we meet at a distance of less than two metres. Nevertheless, hospitality is of great importance on our farm.

Children up to 1.9 years free of charge.
A surcharge of € 8.00 applies for children from 2 years up to 5.9 years as third and fourth, fifth or sixth person in the apartment.
A surcharge of € 15.00 applies to children from 6 years up to 13.9 years as third and fourth person in the apartment.
A surcharge of € 20.00 applies for teens from 14 years and for adults as third and fourth person in the apartment.
For the fifth and sixth person in the apartment, a surcharge of € 15.00 applies.
