Windsurf school and club

Those who would like to learn windsurfing are at exactly the right place in Caldaro.

Main meeting point for surfers is the lido at the restaurant “Gretl am See”, this is also where you can best start. This is also where the only surf school and one of the few surf shops of the surroundings are located. Surf boards and windsurfing equipment can be bought at this place.

The surf school as well as the restaurant and swimming pool are managed by the former World Champion Klaus Maran. For three times he became World Champion in wind gliding. The surf club is directly located at the lakeside. Next to the new Lido there is the clubhouse.
