Caldaro has always had a heart for children!
The best example is the children’s playground in S. Antonio, where your little ones’ hearts will leap for joy!
In 2001 the association for children’s playgrounds and recreation (VKE) honoured the municipality of Caldaro due to the fact that in the recent years Caldaro has repeatedly been implementing child-oriented initiatives. Schoolyards have been transformed into playgrounds for children and remodelled in a child-oriented manner. Very popular are also the large playgrounds in the areas “Prev/Klavenz”, “Lavardi”. In S.Nicoḷ there is also a small green space for children and kids. Moreover along the cycling paths you can find playing equipment.
Also many hosts in Termeno have got their own green for their little guests…
