Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
The booking may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival. Only the deposit will be retained.
Cancellations made by the guest between 30 days prior to the arrival date and the day of arrival are subject to the following penalties:
Cancellation up to 20 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total price.
Cancellation less than 20 days before arrival: 100% of the total agreed price.
In the event of a guest’s failure to arrive (‘no-show’) or early departure, the full booking period is payable.
