4th Mendola History

The uniformity examination for historic vehicles with MOT approval is celebrated in the Oltradige in June.

A large number of antique cars can again be admired this year, from June 18 to 20, 2010 in Appiano and Caldaro. The event “Mendel History“ every year attracts plenty of people from all over.

This event is also a uniformity examination for historic vehicles with MOT approval from Caldaro or Appiano to Passo della Mendola. Along this road there is much to see also for spectators, ranging obviously from the cars to various culinary offers such as refreshing beverages and much more.

> Piazza Vittoria, Bolzano
10 am - 3 pm: approval, delivery of documents and road books
10.30 am - 3.30 pm: technical approval
4.30 pm: briefing with race organizer
6 pm: start of the uniformity examination, arrival to the “safety park“ and back to Piazza Vittoria, Bolzano.

8 am: start of the historic vehicles as well as personalities of the Bolzano-Mendola epoque with police escort from Bellavista
8.30 am: start of the uniformity examination “tourist“ and “classic“
11.30 - 2 pm: catering and entertainment at the “little Oktoberfest“ in the centre of Appiano
12.30 pm: start of the historic vehicles as well as personalities of the Bolzano-Mendola epoque with police escort from Bellavista
1 pm: start of the uniformity examination “tourist“ and “classic“
4.15 pm: start of the historic vehicles as well as personalities of the Bolzano-Mendola epoque with police escort from Bellavista
7 pm: gala dinner at the lido at Lake Caldaro

1 pm: start of the last uniformity examinations “tourist“ and “classic“ from Caldaro to Passo della Mendola.
5 pm: award ceremony in the wine centre of Caldaro
