Lake Caldaro Performances 2009

A romantic atmosphere and great performances characterise this festival taking place at the Caldaro lakeside.

Time and again the the event taking place at the Caldaro lakeside in summer is a real highlight. This event called “Palcoscenico al Lago”, which means “stage at the lakeside”, takes place in an impressive and romantic setting. However, not only the scenery attracts a large number of people, but also the shows and performances which are presented on the stage.

This year the “Queen” cover band “Mercury” will inaugurate the festival. They will perform the success of the British band and play “The Very Best of Queen”.
The second event will be a concert of the Austrian singer Hubert von Goisern, presenting his new show “S’Nix Tour”. Hubert von Goisern is one of the most popular Austrian singer-songwriters and the main representative of the new music style Alp rock or New Folk Music. He will not only present famous songs of his repertoire, but also new compositions.

The last event taking place on the occasion of this festival is the musical “Evita” by Andrew Lloyd Webber, telling the touching story of the First Lady of Argentinia, Evita Perón. Of course also the famous song “Don’t cry for me Argentina” will be performed, which will enthusiast the audience. These are the most important information at one glance:
