There is a large lawn for relaxation and sunbathing with a children's playground, games including table tennis and a large car park.
We are located in the part of Kaltern called Mitterdorf, just 3 minutes' walk from the village centre, though still secluded, remote from the noise and bustle of the village and traffic. The Lake of Kaltern is only 5 minutes away by car and you can walk to the Mendel cable car in only 10 minutes. The upper terminal is the perfect starting point for mountain walks on the extensive Mendel high plateau of rolling hills.
